Boso-Boso Aura Experience

Boso-boso Church Boso-Boso Public Cemetery
TANTO -Taste of Asia Tanay, Rizal

It's November 2, 2025, and we have visited this place multiple times already. It wasn’t supposed to be a story to tell, but it’s worth sharing. Yes, I don't care what people could say about it because clearly, this is an egoistic response from the people's low-class energy around that area. But before that, do note that we don't know if they live here or are just visitors to the cemetery as well. As you can see, I have Blogspot, and it simply describes my unique experience. And therefore, I take it as an uplifting and advantageous experience.

I decided to wear my white ethereal dress. It's not a gown, but for the average-minded people, they see it as a laughing stock — a costume. Though the fabric might say it and the weight, if you look closely, it's simply a dress. In everybody's naked eye, it's really eye-catching and intriguing due to the shiny reflective sequins hanging on it. Oh, I love it. This is my favourite dress among them all.

I began loving ethereal, medieval, vintage, or classic clothing for its elegance, grace, and beauty. I was hoarding it from anywhere I could buy. So at home, family hysterically hated it. Any words could define how embarrassing I was. I don't mind. I find it perfect.

These days are about the soul, prayers, heaven, the saints, and being solemn. I still didn't mind them even when I was checking other clothes as an alternative. My decision was solid and firm. I bought it in the first place to wear as my ordinary thing, not to wait for a special event. I've been following vintage fanatics online, and they're usually white people. Why can't it be done here?

....

And now, after hours of the trip going to Boso-Boso PUBLIC Cemetery. The usual average and natural Filipino character is to be judgemental, like censorious to anything they find different from their usual level. My mom was the first to blurt it out. She saw me for the first time when I was standing outside the car. We picked her up from the grocery. And there she is, loud and boastful. Hysterically laughing and criticizing.

People began looking at me, and one woman couldn't help smiling hard. Can't even blame her. She was carried away by my mother's prideful mouth. But as I carried on, I was with my mixed emotions of “I-love-my-awakened-me,-I-don't-care-thing vs They're-looking-at-me.” I love my dress. I chose this, and I move forward.

Of course I pretended not to see everything but, with a personality like me who loves psychology, philosophy, and personality development books — energy doesn't lie. They're so effin hooked up. My white dress is perfect for this solemn event. The cemetery and the church. By the way, it's so effin hot, the color of my dress gave me an even lighter feeling. Just right.

After visiting the cemetery for our relatives, the low-breeding people who have a limited point of view in the world due to lack of knowledge are even so obvious. Ooh! Ouch! Am I that butthurt to collapse into their low-class vibration for identifying them with such wordies? 🤔🙄🤪 Carry on.

By the way, I would like to add, the painter who offers service for refurnishing the plate keep on shouting at us, "SAAN KAYO MA'AM", "Doon po yung PRIVATE". Yes kuya, we heard you several times. My dress and your voice are the signs. We DON'T REALLY BELONG HERE.

People keep on poking or getting someone's attention to stare at me and criticise. Like hey! Am I just gotten out of the crypt wearing a gown? Is that what it's all about? Poor little creature. They don't have anything new to discover in their small circle.

It happened at the exit of the road going out. The 2 boys trying their best to talk behind my back wearing a boxer short undergarment — seriously outside of the house? I don't know. And one family wearing rainbow colors which disgustingly matched up to their fashion.

Yes, you… all of you, and especially the 2 young ladies in front of me as I got inside the car. Yes, both of you. Mind-reading each other and laughing. I will never forget how you reacted. I was like you before. Foolish and loud. As I began to shift my character by enhancing it from seminars, books, and online courses, I silently apologized to everyone I encountered on how disgracefully I acted upon them. It was a loathing experience and I heavily regretted it.

So, do not forget me this day. When you age, you'll see why, and piece of advice: read books — the more reading materials, the better. And I even realized something good from this one: that I AM GRATEFUL for what I currently have right now. Simple and plain. Unique but elegant. White or black. Not levelling with the "people like you." Not speaking the way you breathe. Not manifesting the way you say. Or not living your kind of world. I am already a winner for this one.

As a matter of fact, I was really imagining like I am just brought back to sleep. No wonder I attracted people with twisted minds on this. I manipulated them into negative thinking. Oops, my bad. Sorry not sorry.

The hell my fam is forcing me to wear like the younger generation. Baggy clothes? Gym outfit? Jogging pants? Long dresses are not really for this kind of people. Such a no-no for old-money fashion. Shirt and pants, especially the multi-colour match-up. 🤮 Hey, would you please not go outside of your house looking like fresh from the batcha laundry.

How even sad I am that I have to write this one. But my frequency bounced everyone's vibration they threw at me. I never regretted it at all. I am even satisfied with what happened the rest of my day.

The church was fine. Too modest for my angelic shiny outfit. Everyone's energy was neutral as we changed location. No sign of disrespect from the people. Clearly, God doesn't like us to be judgemental but He would be grimaced at them. How? In deeper philosophy, the true God is our subconscious mind, and the 3rd law of motion will apply. Their level of mind didn’t attract the immaculate house of God.

Then I even realized more. I was really planning a good dress for my Café Vlog in Tanay. I brought back my confidence as I walked down from the car. It is certain that we came so far, and we wanted to extend our trip to somewhere nicer and fancier for relaxation. I will vlog that on my YouTube channel.

Wait. It's a place of deep respect and acceptance. It was a Authentic Japanese restaurant — TANTO. The chef was Japanese. And so the overall ambience is better. Once again, energy doesn't lie. They don't mind how I look, for it was totally nothing and ordinary. Such my people and my connection — or rather my “WOOORLD.”

Boso-boso Church Antipol, Rizal, Old Boso-Boso Public Cemetery Tanto taste of asia

We don't care about others' businesses. Weee, kind of people, mind our own doing, for time is precious to waste on low-class frequency. How I loved it. They don't care about me, and I don't as well. Freely in my own world where it aligns. I belong.

Lola and to my relatives — Lolo, cousin, and uncle. We were planning to put you in a more decent final resting place. Where cleanliness, purity, and ethereal are present. We will place you in a much better, high-standard energy in your circle of environment. No wonder my being is not welcoming in such a place. Since you left us with one humble abode, we have to sell it, you deserve a decent and private home as well.

Change the energy to change the environment. I wonder how heavenly it will be as I walk to that open greenery park with my aura. Oh! Ethereal.

Had to intensely cleanse my entire self for a salt bath. Ugh!

If I ever have my own child, I will never destroy their confidence or let them grow up suffering from low self-esteem because of other people’s opinions. I’ll embrace their uniqueness. No ‘average standard’ has ever become successful in everyone's cup of tea or should I say "PANG-MASA".

Wear it with confidence. Do not let the average-minded people pull you down to their level.

"When you see someone who has the confidence and freedom which you do not have and you take it out on them? Take a look at yourself how pitiful you are." - James Cappola

Word of Mouth. A marketing strategy.

Word of Mouth. A marketing strategy.
Jj's Baking on Facebook

a good marketing strategy.

Word of Mouth.

If you have a business, marketing materials is part of a non-stop expenses to keep telling the world what you have to offer. Word of mouth in a country full of MARITES will surely give you the BEST, FASTEST, and FREE advertising you could ever have.

Today's example is baking products. Perfect for PRESENTS, FEAST, POT LUCKS, SOUVENIRS, TOKENS or anything that people would have a chance to taste your creations. Note that some of our products are for gifts — a DOUBLE PURPOSE, serve as presents and a marketing strategy. This is a proven technique that we keep on doing. As a result, people now are asking for our baked goods and even customizing their preferences. Why not?! Customization is even better to present their own efforts without doing, because you put your thoughts into making something for your loved ones.

On the contrary, if you keep on doing dirty business by scamming your clients, investors, customers and employees; do not expect people who know your secrets will ever support your future projects. It's basic psychology. Do you want prosperity, abundance and money works for you? Then you don't worship money just to gain sales or to close a deal — you work for people. Relationship business matters more than ulterior desires. Remember! Business is when you do fair trading. But when you reap people's money, you're not doing business, you're stealing. Meat stew in a Shabu-shabu way!

Have you ever cooked a meat stew in different way?
...in a different way?

Normally, we Filipinos, we cook our food in a process. But, my dad made a Filipino meat stew in a very unique way. He calls it, Shabu-shabu. It is not literally a Chinese Shabu-shabu with same set of ingredients and taste. He just called it like that because of these ways ...

Firstly, he cooked the pork with a lots of TARO! He just put salt and pepper to taste, because, the TARO gives the taste to the entire dish! No cooking oil!
You may put broth cubes to make it tastier.

Fried Shallots

This is great! Instead of putting onion while cooking the soup. He separately fried the small onions, "Shallots" and will be placed each on our bowls when we are already dining. This gives the final taste of the soup, tastes even better.

As well with the Scallion and chili peppers to add the spice of the dish.

Spinach

The veggies will be your own choice. It would be better if there's plenty to choose for. We had this dish for several times and we sometimes change it like the photo below. It's a Chinese Cabbage.

Take note: The veggies are fresh. It'll cook when your soup is hot. You don't need to join them while doing the soup.

Simple healthy and elegant dish. 🍲

Bengal Brew Cat cafe/Wolf & Bear Dog Cafe

Unique cafe's nowadays are booming to its extreme level. It's not just about coffee, treats and coziness anymore. It's about how different yours can be. Here at Bengal Brew/Wolf & Bear Cafe is somehow special compare to any other pet cafe.

Bengal Cat 🐈looks like an exotic jungle creature or just a leopard and its size is not ordinary. I mean, like you'll be amazed to see a cat as big as your huggable pillows.

Bengal Brew Cat cafe/Wolf & Bear Dog Cafe carmnescence

This is another fun part. You'll be needing to bring your own clean socks before they let you in or if you don't have, you'll just pay ₱ 20.00 for a new pair. They will give you their rubber slipper for comfort. Look! I got the cutest, that the dogs upstairs loves to chew it.

And before the fun part, the policy that you are aware of the danger you might encounter is well handled.
You need to sign the waiver before they let you through.
Better read it and follow rules such as ...
"DON'T DISTURB THE SLEEPING DOGS" 🐶

Bengal Brew Cat cafe/Wolf & Bear Dog Cafe carmnescence

These are the parts of the cafe. It's enough for the animals to roam around. You'll be entering into a small room to get prepared. Obviously, cats and dogs are not together in one room. You'll be starting at Bengal cats parted with another large room for dogs.

There are 2 parts for dogs. The first floor is for big dogs and their cages while the second floor is for smaller dogs.

Bengal Brew Cat cafe/Wolf & Bear Dog Cafe carmnescence

While having fun with all of them, our drinks served perfectly on time to freshen up our throat. Drinks are placed in tumblers because, some of the dogs are really, really naughty.
It is a free drink for your membership you've paid.

Bengal Brew Cat cafe/Wolf & Bear Dog Cafe carmnescence

It is worth ₱299 for all of the fun. They gave me a membership card 💳for that price and I got promos as a member like "Free pastry for the next visit & Free pass for birthday celebrant." Isn't that great?

It is the only and best way to finally have the touch or bond with your favorite 🐶 dog. 🐕 I haven't touch nor seen an Alaskan Malamute 🐺 til I visited this place. So thankful!
I did not even mind my allergies, just simply saying it is worth the fun!

Visit them at Manhattan Parkview, Genreral Malvoar Avenue, Cubao.

"Oh, I miss Jacob 🐺 the Husky. I'll try to visit again and have my free pastry." 🍰

Experience Korea

Experience Korean dining

Hwaroro Korean grill and food, Kalayaan Ave.

I knew that you have been to a lot of places such as restaurant or cafe with unique touch of Korea. But this, it is not that much, for as I know, this is the first time I wore a Hanbok. I'm just seeing this in Seoul trip on my friend's fb and now, I can wear it here.
so, simply sharing ッ.

Buffet table

This restaurant is not just for grilling foods. It has a small buffet for variety of Korean foods to choose from.

Raw meat

This is the raw meat section for grilling, 에 of course. It serves beef, pork, cream dory, sausage and marinated meat (Korean Bbq).

Veggies

This section serve for fruits and vegetables. As you can see, they have the famous Kimchi. On the end of this table, you can get and mix up your sauces and spices for your non-marinated meats.

Celebrating their holiday.

Grill

Grill time. 🍖 I did not even know nor used the hanging host on the ceiling.
But it's normally to suck the smoke out from your surroundings, pretty much.

Hanbok area
This is one of the exciting part here, the dressing area for your cute photo shoot. They have a lot of cute Hanbok to mix up colors of the choice you want.

And yeah, there you have it. Fun time with my colleagues. As I've said, do not expect much. We did not bought any drinks, we just paid for ₱399 for grill and food.

P.s. 👌 It is a simple dine. But, I would suggest to try their other location on Timog Avenue based on reviews. 💜

Japanese Noodle Taste Test

Trying a legit fresh from Japan noodle dish ツ

Japanese Noodle

Japanese food is really an exciting treat for everybody's soul. Sushi, noodles, ...
and you can find it anywhere in your country.
But this noodle is from Japan who bought by my brother as Pasaubong.
So, its not that much to blog for, but then again, it's my experience.

Well, gladly there's a picture on every procedure. It's kinda fun to analyze things, right?

Japanese Noodle

This are the steps on the 2nd photo.
  1. There are 3 small pack inside (Kewpie! omg! , soysauce & dried veggies), just open the lid up until to the line provided.
  2. Firstly, you need to place the dried veggie and hot water.
  3. Close the lid and wait for 3 minutes I guess? (as what I predicted on the 3rd photo. There's a number 3 in it) and then open it.
  4. WOW! Why does the Locals here don't even think about this easy drainage! Yeah, my noodles are now soft to eat.
  5. Place the soy sauce.
  6. Lastly, Place the Kewpie Mayo, this just made me happy. ツ   Mix it.

Updated! I just figured it out that there's an application for you to easily translate foreign hieroglyphics via phone like Word Lens.

Japanese Noodle

And based on my experience. It's just an ordinary Calamansi Soy sauce Instant Noodle. I did not even tasted much of the Kewpie and this dish is good for 2 person. Well, I've enjoyed it though. Haha, just don't know what's the name of the product. ツ

Spinach and Cheese dip

Dull and bored to your old and repetitive spread for your bread?

Spinach and cheese dip, unique spread, bread spread, cream cheese
Spinach and Cheese dip

I know this recipe is ordinary and familiar, but this, may help you to make your own idea for your spread. This is another unique way of having a delicious and nutritious spread that cannot be compared from your groceries.
Like Butter? Cheese? Peanut Butter? Chocolate? or maybe Fruit Jam?
Better try this one!

My Ingredients
  • Spinach (good for your garlic)
  • 5 leaves of Basil
  • Breadstick
  • Salt & pepper
  • Onion
  • 2 heads of garlic
  • 2 box of All purpose cream
  • 1/4 of butter
My Cheese
  • 1 box of Cream cheese
  • 1/2 box of ordinary Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 box of Cheddar Quickmelt Cheese
It is better to experiment or try any type of cheese you prefer and for me, I chose only two.
Tried and Highly suggested: Mozzarella!

Spinach and cheese dip, unique spread, bread spread, cream cheese
(Missing ingredients was included in the making. Of course!)

(Honestly, it was my 1st attempt in making this and it went really spicy.
So, I suggest, to not include the garlic on the blender process but to cook it.)

In order for me to save it, all I did was to add another box of all purpose cream and yes, that is 2 in total.

My Preparation and my cooking:
  • Chop everything first.
  • Put the spinach and basil leaves into the blender for the grind.
  • Place altogether with cream cheese and all purpose cream. Mix it.
  • Remove it from the blender and place it in a pot to cook the sauce.
  • Saute the garlic and onion.
  • Place the cheese and butter. The sauce must be liquified.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.

And there you have it. Your creamy and cheesy spinach dip. It is super tasty and addictive!

I have not posted or shared anything for months so, I would like to give you my adventure in food, travel and activities that are NOT UNIQUE but special to me. But still, my main blog is all about uniqueness.

Note: This BLOG is all about my experience. It may not be good and misleading. But I assure you that everything you have read here is with pure honesty.

Homemade shabu-shabu

Shabu-shabu restaurant is quite expensive but you can now control your OWN POT at home.

Homemade Shabu-shabu

This is an old photo of our dinner. I think this idea is unique, so I thought of sharing it. I was thinking to blog it before, glad I saved some of it. So, as you can see, this is the basic choices in one dine. I have...
  • 3 kinds of Noodles
  • Thin meat cuts or seafoods ( I got Bulgogi.)
  • Eggs for meat.
  • 4 types of Veggies
  • Fish cakes (fish/squid balls, kikiam, etc.)
  • Tofu
  • Noodle soup base (Dipping sauce)
  • Hot Soup (broth)
  • Induction Stove or rice cooker

I made my own dipping sauce and it's only a simple Soy Sauce, Sesame oil, lemon juice & garlic. But try to search for more or make your own, because I didn't liked the taste of it. Perhaps, you can buy a Noodle soup base in a bottle at the market.

For the meat. I was looking for any thin slice and glad I found a Bulgogi at the supermarket.
If you're going to buy cheap meats you need to marinate it for the taste or you can just have seafoods as an alternative. Great to know that the fish cakes itself will definitely do for your meat and great for cheaper deal.

For the soup, I only put salt and broth cubes to make the taste. This is the soup for simmering your chosen food.
(YOU NEED A LOT FOR THIS ONE!)

It is really a UNIQUE dinner for your family. It was really fun to cook your own food in front of you while eating at home. It is quite convenient, because we only have one induction stove but we managed it.

Enjoy and Stay Healthy!
The leftover shabu-shabu was eaten a day after.

"Tortang Talong" or Filipino Eggplant Omelette?

Have you tried our famous "Tortang Talong" or our Filipino Eggplant Omelette? In BAKED?

Tortang Talong

If not, I dare you to have a taste on it. It is one of our delicious dish in my country. Every kid loves it and it is extremely easy to make one.

Baked eggplant omelette but it is not. Look like baked omelette but it is not. Look baked but cook eggplant omelette. Tortang Talong, Egg omelette, Egg fritatta, Filipino Egg dish, Baked tortang talong, Baked egg omelette

My easy steps:

  1. For the toppings or stuffings it is just a simple egg and ground pork or beef. You can put whatever ingredients you want to make the taste better.
  2. Boil the eggplant in a couple of minutes. Soft enough to make no. 3.
  3. Forked the eggplant a few times and slice the eggplant using the fork from end to end. You can peel the skin if you want to but for me, It is better if you include it for better plating.
  4. And lastly, put your own egg relish on top of the shredded eggplant and cook it on each side.

For my Egg relish:
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ground Pork
  • Salt, white & black pepper, and choice of herbs & spices.
  • Cornstarch for the consistency.

It is that easy! Proudly saying that mine looks like a baked torta but IT IS NOT, 😎💓 really amazing! The cornstarch (or you can use flour) helps my egg relish to look fluffy and creamy. It is delicious, hoped you like it.

Updated: January 16, 2020.
IG: theoryofcarmz

Here's a little story.

So, I ran out of  CORNSTARCH and I'm so dependent on it in making this. But, luckily, I got a few idea from my mom and other recipe on making a thick consistency for your stuffing and it's BREADCRUMBS.

I bought this from SnR Congressional. The consistency became so perfect when I use this Pull-N-Chop container. It use quick, clean, and well mixed-up result for any type you may use.

And yes, I placed my Cooked Ground Pork with other ingredients such as 2 eggs and flour for best result.

You see. When I flip it on each other sides, my stuffing was well formed into one. Take note that I dipped the eggplant into another bowl of egg before stuffing it for good cover.

Voila! Another perfect and finished product of BAKED TORTANG TALONG.
You may want to check my IG @theoryofcarmz. This photo was for my DAY 16 challenge of 365 days of daily Instagram posting.

No Noodles! A Healthy pasta dish

Avoiding Carbs? No problem!

Red sauce eggplant pasta. Avoiding carbs from pasta. Substitute pasta.
(Unintentionally, the basil leaves turned into a flower.)

This is a Red Sauce Filipino Style Spaghetti. I was craving for a red sauce spaghetti unfortunately, we don't have a stocked noodles. So, I thought of making an alternative. I came up with an eggplant/aubergine as my noodles. Honestly and sincerely telling to you guys that, I did not even know that it was done before. Just glad I knew it before checking it on the net.

My ingredients I found in my kitchen was extremely simple.
(makes 2 servings.)

  • Tomato Sauce (not Spaghetti Sauce)
  • onion &  2 gloves of garlic
  • 1 fresh tomato
  • 1/4 red bell pepper
  • sugar
  • Cheese (not just for garnishing)
This vegetable was perfect for Red Sauce, believe me. The taste of the eggplant like eating a real pasta dish.

And Viola! Instant but Healthy Red Sauce Pasta.

Zucchini, substitute pasta, avoiding carbs
Cucumber Pesto

Another dish is Pesto, but I called it Pesto Salad instead of Pesto Pasta. I intentionally made this for my pesto pasta snack, but It seems that, it is not perfect for pasta. This is cucumber with a Pesto sauce already mixed up pack (Clara Ole, Cheesy Pesto).  Clearly in look and taste, it turned out to be a simple salad.

P.S. In short story like this, will be posted through post instead of pages.
