I Went for a Free Anti-Rabies Vaccine — I Didn’t Expect This”

Yesterday, our five-year-old dog bit me again. Not badly. Not the first time. But it brought back something I thought I had already buried.

So I got bitten again — by Mickey.

Molly is in heat, and Mickey has become so aggressive; he wouldn’t even stop following her. I intervened and tried to slow him down because Molly was eating her meal. That’s when I got bitten, even though I knew he might catch me — he was just too fast. And that’s when I remembered the incident with the city’s free vaccination program at a health center.

Here’s the story.

I was already bitten several times by Mickey and Molly. It happened countless times, and I didn’t bother checking myself. My brother told me that you only get infected if a suspected rabid dog has already passed the virus from its brain down to its saliva. They would die within 14 days.

Our dogs never went outside to catch any virus, and they were vaccinated — of course, that’s a must. I didn’t die, and I’ve been bitten for over five years already. Mickey is turning five, and Molly is turning three.

The shocking incident in our lives happened two years ago. It’s memorable for all of us because it was the first time.

When our neighbor was hired to mend and paint our walls, he got bitten — not a full bite, probably just a scratch from the teeth. I failed to grab Molly quickly enough. I thought she was just trying to sniff him, but he got bitten on the lower back when he turned to see who was behind him. Molly noticed the unfamiliar smell and face for two seconds. I was stupid to trust her. I didn't managed to grab her for that two seconds. God.

After that, I told my father that I would accompany him to the city’s free vaccination program because people were convincing me to get a shot after that massive bite, which had happened two months earlier.

We immediately went to the health center that was conducting the program. Unfortunately, it was already closed at 1 p.m. We were advised to come early in the morning to get in the queue. It was far from our home, but it was certain we could get a shot because there was a non-family member who needed it for peace of mind. I only did this for him.

It was a good thing too, because he didn’t have any government ID. Like, seriously?! His National ID was delayed, and he was still waiting to receive it. So he had to go to the Barangay Hall for certification that he was a resident of the city.

On that day, we arrived and had our documents photocopied at a nearby sari-sari store. Luckily, we had a car, the health center was way too far from home and my brother slept in the parking lot because the queue was already long, and it was getting hot by 8 a.m. Like, OMG, I hope you won’t hate us for this inconvenience.

The first queue was for the second or third dose, before people like us who were getting the first dose could be attended to. We patiently waited until we got inside the health center for the second queue just outside the clinic’s door. After several minutes — which still felt like a long wait — our batch finally got in.

There was a short introduction before our batch started receiving the first dose. The doctor introduced theirs and began educating everyone about rabies. Doctor even included its frustrations with patients. There were two of them, and I like to refer to them as “it.” Only one doctor spoke until the end. Most of the talk was about its frustrations. Some patients were throwing hate and foul words at the doctor.

The doctor said that they were doing this because they had good heart and wanted to help people. "May PUSO" — repeated several times. (Kindy funny, was writing this on Valentine's Day. XD) They didn’t receive good money for their mission. They weren’t doing it for a salary or anything. I think it was just to reduce their irritation toward us — venting out. It said those patients had been scolded them badly because of the queue and thought the program was for free anti-tetanus shots.

Some parts of her story I’ve forgotten because all I could feel after that day was the humiliation directed at me. But before that, there was a patient who had just come from San Lazaro Hospital and got denied the vaccine. They were told to just monitor the pet for 14 days due to limited vaccine supply. It wasn’t a bite, just a scratch from a pet, and they were there for peace of mind.

That hospital, already well-known for AFFORDABLE ANTI-RABIES VACCINES that discouraged them and sent them home. I was right all along!!!

And now it was my turn. The doctor asked me where the bite was. I told her confidently: “Dito, dito, eto, tsaka toh.” I responded humbly. Its reaction startled me, like I had done something serious to deserve such an overreaction. Then it asked me when it happened. I answered calmly and curiously, maybe like a child, because I hadn’t cared at all about the other bite. "Last week kaya kelan bayun? I said. I am not sure about the dates. 

This started to make me feel uncomfortable. Doctor responded in an irritating tone: “Aba, malay ko sayo…” It was long, loud, and unprofessional. Sounded like mocking me. Its body language was tense — elbow on the table, hands clenched, face turned away from me while gripping its hands. I forced myself to lie immediately because I felt attacked. I was so uncomfortable that I wanted to leave and refuse the free vaccine due to humiliation.

After injecting the first and my sure last dose, it even gave me the worst response of the day: “IKAW HA, AYOS-AYUSIN MO YUNG PANANAW MO SA HEALTH EDUCATION AH!" I calmly said thank you for the dose before leaving, giving a short, long and quiet reply: “Siiigeee.” (exasperated tone.) I had to be honest that wasn't the exact statement but I remembered the words. 

You see, I understood why people were throwing hate at them. They probably triggered by the doctors too. I was part of the last batch, and what I received was their collected exasperation from those previous batches. Even our neighbor said, “Ewan ko sa kanya, ang dami pa niyang pinagsasabe.” Take note that he didn't hear our conversation. It was a different doctor who attended him. And now he didn’t want to go back for his second and last dose too.

I didn’t know what made him feel that way, but if it really weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have been there at all. He felt irritation in that place too. So, we never went back. Both of us misses the 2nd and 3rd dose. I don’t really want to go back. Why would I? To hear about their heroic, self-chosen mission and their anger? May puso daw. How can you even say that to everyone — that it’s an act of a pure heart — while you have the guts to humiliate me? You should perform with full professionalism, especially when educating your patients.

Why? Is it because it’s free and most of the people here are poor? Does your license give you permission to speak like you weren't belong on our level? 

And yes, after years from the incident, I got bitten again, and again, and again. Did I die? Then San Lazaro Hospital and our knowledge about rabies were right all along!

I wrote my story about my first charity hospital experience in the Orthopedic Hospital, and they were all nice and humble. But in this health center experience, I didn’t know what to say to them. I didn’t really know what happened. As much as I want not to hate them but let's leave it to the thought that I don't really know what happened. I was shocked too. Can we really expect that this is one of the public’s concerns regarding government services with unapproachable attitudes? How about you people?

As always, all of these events truly happened. I’m not writing to harm anyone or attack anyone personally — this is simply to raise awareness and concern because this is a real issue. This is not professional. This is not the right way to treat people who are paying taxes. This is not public service, and this is not an act of a pure heart fulfilling a mission.

Once again am I overreacting or too sensitive? Energy doesn't lie and I'm not stupid.

The View of the Animals/Strays in the Philippines

Dear Carla Abellana, you posted something about a dog you had to be buried in and you said to us that be that someone —that someone who will take the initiative of rescuing. Like don't hope for somebody to do it, because you're that "someone". I failed thrice. I can't do anything except to ask for help to our barangay and pray. They even failed for the second time too. I cannot contain them. I don't own the place where I currently live. I don't have the decision power to do so. We have 2 dogs that might get infected from the new guy, but I left her there trembling in agony. She was in pain from the hit and run orange trycycle in our street. At the very moment I was leaving the house, every rider and witness stopped to see if the dog was okay. Everyone left when she ran away, but I followed her. She has a few cuts, but she looks fine: neat, and clean. I thought maybe she was owned by somebody. I didn't know what to do, so I left there on the pavement as I had to run some errands. Though, I get back to check her again. She seemed so strong, but a few hours later that night, that's the moment I saw her shaking. She's not okay. What I did is to ask for help to our Barangay Facebook messenger. Left my name, my address and a picture of complaint. There was a template to follow. It’s difficult not to notice that the page had time to post promotional content, yet a basic concern sent through the same page remained unaddressed. Mine was way 3 hours early. "DAPAT TALAGA INA-ABOLISH NA ANG LGU-Barangay System." (For which I always see this in the news feed.) Why did I have to include this infamous statement?! In the United States of America, a single 911 phone call from a witness can lead to charges against a person who committed a crime or allow authorities to respond immediately to negligence. It is easy, fast, and smooth. Police respond right away, and no paperwork is required before action is taken. You know why I didn’t call 122 or 911? Because they will almost always tell you to go back to the barangay if the incident involves people who live in the same barangay. And lastly, there's no punishment when the driver hit a "stray dog". Yes! Poor animals. Now, they didn’t even bother to verify if the crime that was reported had really been committed. I am an interested witness. A part of a government who doesn't take the initiative of pursuing a case. Requests from certain individuals were acted upon, while other complaints were not acknowledged despite being submitted earlier. These experiences raised concerns for me about how requests are prioritized. I once saw them post about a free check-up program that requires few attendees, and it was posted just an hour before closing. So the list is probably already filled up yesterday or even a week earlier. Seeing frequent posts about activities and awards, while unresolved complaints remained unanswered, raised concerns for me about how the page’s priorities are reflected. Well of course for formality. You see, I was that somebody in that moment, but I failed to be that somebody. I don't even have extra funds. If I do, our dogs need immediate care too. Molly has epileptic seizure and hip displaxia. What I know is that dog was 100 percent owned by somebody, because she's too tidy and well kept. The LGU is the only one I can think of that’s supposed to help meet the community’s basic needs. They could have posted about it and looked for the owner. But all I did was try to control my anger in our chats. It was already midnight, and they didn’t even bother to check my complaint. Welcome to the Third World style of leadership. From the top down to the lowest level. Well you were rich kasi. It's just so easy to decide. A lot of animal shelters are on the verge of shutting down because they can’t manage anymore. One shelter said they could raise ₱61,000 a month from subscribers to support 1,000 rescued cats and dogs, and that amount would be enough for them to survive. Imagine, based on a political analyst’s calculation of the ongoing corruption in the DPWH: if they can steal billions of pesos in a year, that means they’re actually stealing about ₱2.7 million a day. A fookin day! 61k lang kaya na in month for 1000 rescues. I didn't do my best. I'm still a failure. She was there alone as I wrote this at 22:57. They say not to depend on the government, especially if you’re living in a messed-up country. But I still have wishes. I wish to strengthen the Animal Welfare Act. I wish for government funding for all legitimate animal shelters, especially those that have been rescuing for more than five years. Just to prove their credibility and dedication. And one long-time wish: to finally find somewhere where my furrypets are safe. This country was never my home. This experience stayed with me and influences how I view prioritization of complaints today.

Dear Mother Earth, I’m sorry. This is a test of failed vibration—I chose this. Speaking of energy, vibration, and frequency, the power of synchronicity is just too strong for me. I posted something about braking for animals with the caption, “Brake, like you’re licensed to drive. Duh!” And VIOLA, RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE! The universe tested me the very next day. Furthermore, ... guess what! The Civil Service Commission has introduced a new way of granting eligibility for LGUs. The SK officials will receive theirs after just a minimum of three years in service. It's way too unfair for a private individual needs to pass the hard exam of CSE just to be promoted or even get hired. During the pandemic, my brother and I were listed for Pfizer vaccination. We waited for several hours, but were eventually told to go home. Later, we learned that the available Pfizer doses had already been given out and the supply was exhausted, so we were not vaccinated that day despite being on the list. Afterward, we heard from people in our area that some individuals had already received Pfizer even though they were not on the original list. This information came from personal conversations, not from official records. Because of this, questions naturally arose for us about how the distribution was handled. However, we do not know the full details of what happened internally. To end the great despair they have caused me, I do not want to generalize everyone in that barangay. They have also done good things. However, when you are in public service, there is no such thing as “We're just people, learning from mistakes.” Perfection must be applied. There is a clear distinction between situations meant for learning and those that demand accountability.

If you can internalize what I mean, this is not a regular complaint that can simply be adjusted through a suggestion box. A crime has already been perfected. Negligence was witnessed by many, and lives were at stake. These are not just pests roaming around our community.

They still ignored me and did nothing further. That is still wrong. Whoever handled that public Facebook page so irresponsibly, along with the other incompetent public servants involved—justice and karma never sleep.

Civil Service Eligibility is a must to every person who employed in public service. It's a test for someone who fits in greater responsibility. When this is ignored, public trust is destroyed, which made me feel so disillusioned that I'd already now loathe and leave this place. It is deeply saddening that someone who has lived here for decades is now itching to get the hell out. This experience during the pandemic is one of several instances where I felt concerns about how lower government functions. 

This country is truly a wonder of “backward progress.” So many applicants are doing their very best to pass the exam. Some have been trying for over ten years, taking it multiple times just to qualify for a decent position. And many passers still can’t even get a government job. The problem is obvious, and we all know who’s suffering. The voiceless. Should I file a case for the driver and hope for the barangay to assist me? The results were very clear. I can't manage to have my own animal shelter. I was thinking about it too but —I'm probably a "nobody". I don't know; I just can't. I write for my frustrations, my story and my experience, but what I do know is I possess some powerful karma. I can even sense how things can unfold. I don't do spells; I only pray. Karma will serve tenfold. Pray hard driver. Swear to my highest vibration that it will happen. Not just this current situation, but even their past for I am certain of a revelation. Now I leave her that night and I knew she's still there. "I pray for you to get home and be healed." I'm not just ready but this is the start of becoming somebody.

Update: Seen since Friday (October 11, 2025, 22:09 PM). By Monday, three days later, there was still no reply up to now.

My good morning is standard way of my greetings. I came from business and investment career. Analyze the photo. After the trauma, the dog stayed hidden in broad daylight, unable to move. Hours passed, and she was still there, shaking.

In this scenario, how am I supposed to know that the messages were scripted and not written with any human intelligence? They didn’t even acknowledge my concern by assuming with the wrong reply. Means, this templated messages were designed for a public response. The moment I include the word “aso”, they replied instantly with a long paragraph, and that was the last response. After that, I was left on seen for hours.

I don't have any concrete evidence that they truly left me hanging because, I can pretend that I erased their reply by 22:09, but they definitely chose nothing to say. In good faith, I solemnly swear that everything I said here is true and based on facts.

 

See the time, I was just so concerned about the dog and tried reaching out to them at 19:16. My message was sent hours before it was seen. During that period, the page was active and posting other content.

There are several cities who already made their initiatives like Angeles City for "no kill shelter" in their pound and Cebu City for catch, vaccine, neuter and return; (CVNR) Program. 

As I'm done writing this, this was shown from my news feed. My prayers and voice are already answered. For this is the only hope and miracle that we can do. Funds for shelters are on its way. Thank you Universe. 🧿😇

As of January 4, 2025, another LGU and GOV body of the Philippines have done something really triggering your nerves.

Department of Social Welfare (DSWD) was so proud in their operation or program for the homeless without thinking that this woman has its own family with her. They don't even have protocols or plans for this situation. They just summoned the lady without her dog and left ASTIG in a hands of LGU/Barangay. After detaining her for 4 days in Marikina, the lady came back begging and crying to release the cctv footage where could lead her dog to be found. 

If I was the lady, I will file an Illegal Detention against them and negligence for the Lgu. Instead of the welfare she expected from their so-called proud operation, she received depression instead. Imagine world, this is how they see the voiceless in this country. They don't have power, confidence and knowledge to fight for their rights. It's the government that we who should trust. And they have failed us again. No wonder we really need Civil Service Eligibility for this kind of job. Someone who has BRAIN, ACCOUNTABILITY and INTEGRITY for the welfare of everyone.

See how some LGUs are pain in the ass. Instead of helping, they intentionally harass people through pressure and even police visits. The government should be the number one institution that eases our problems—especially in cases like this, which are advocacies, not businesses.

This is an establishment built by private individuals to help clean and organize our environment by rehoming strays. It is an advocacy not only for the safety of our public roads, but also for caring our Mother Nature. All creatures in this world are worthy of living on our planet Earth. We are not special beings—we share this world and help maintain a healthy ecological balance for one another.

Animal Welfare Act is not just for strays.

Another case of animal cruelty I found on social media. Yes, I do not have personal knowledge of the crime, but this awful content-creator wannabe proudly shared the video in multiple public groups, including Buy & Sell groups, purely to gain engagement—views, popularity, and possible earnings.

Here's the quick story:

Many people witnessed this video. Including myself, I tagged and commented on PAWS, DENR, Grace Poe, and Norman Marquez, and I even asked for help from a well-known blogger page. Only one responded—Sir Norman Marquez and his team. They provided me with guidelines on how to report an animal cruelty case and educated me about animal welfare laws.

Unfortunately, as witnesses—especially just netizens who have no personal knowledge of the crime, did not witness the incident live, and only saw a video uploaded on social media—our evidence alone is not considered sufficient or fully admissible in court. 

Please keep in mind na I obtained the video from FB social media as a public post. Kaya pansinin ang shares, that content-creator wannabe did that. As a witness, the uploader shared it nga to public groups and that's the reason it popped out in our news feed. Lots of people even commented, "IGNORANCE OF THE LAW EXCUSES NO ONE." Hindi lang po strays, aso, or pusa ang sakop ng (R.A. Animal Welfare Act, as amended), even farm animals are covered and must be handled with proper care, ethical, and legal procedures. Of course, if you chose to be a PUBLIC FIGURE or a content creator, you are accepting opinions from the public from your works and this is my response to them.

Based on the video, I think it's a snake—mating. After most of us commented and tagged authorities to report it, they blocked me — and likely blocked others. I do not know whether it was truly this person and their friends, who were laughing in the video and who mutilated the snake. Upon checking their content, some of thier posts appear to be 100% stolen from other vloggers. ("Stolen or Nakaw na videos" came from typical term for no originality works for their content.) For this reason, we are protecting this person’s identity, as they could have helped by reporting where they even got it and by revealing the true murderers behind the scene. So we're wrong to quickly judge this content creator. (The dialect was recognized to what country is this.) However, if it was truly them and their accomplices, it is utterly nauseating that seemingly grown adults would find entertainment in torturing an animal and on the other hand, for content creator who find it amusing? —Nakakadiri!

Imagine an animal shelter that can support and manage 700 dogs and 300 cats through its subscribers, accumulating ₱61,000 a month. (Based on their estimated amount but could be inaccurate.) You see, if only we had laws that truly protect them—especially through proper budget allocation—we could save countless living creatures. Amending the law to strengthen protection and impose harsher punishment is the first step toward instilling discipline. Sadly, some people do not know right and wrong until a case is filed or a conviction is made.

See, every second that passes, there is a victim of poor laws—someone who lacks rights, protection, and receives only a limited amount of justice.

As of December 16, 2025, there is an update on the case of Axle, the American Bully who was brutally beaten to death simply for urinating. The Philippine National Police (PNP) of Sandanga Municipal Station has made a final decision to pursue the case for the third time, after the dog’s owner refused to continue filing the case in exchange for ₱100,000. The owner himself is corrupt. It is the voiceless who do not want to be hurt or to die. If only they could speak, they would fight back. It was the murderer who caused the loss of life through a dangerous act—one that may be linked to dark impulsiveness that must be addressed. When ignored, this behavior endangers everyone, not just animals.

In simply explanation: Deterrence theory (Nagin; NIJ): people are less likely to reoffend if they believe they will be caught/punished — if consequences are absent or uncertain, the deterrent effect weakens and repeat offending becomes more likely.  

I can’t let this video pass in silence. If others can move on, I simply cannot, because I am deeply concerned for the well-being of our nature. I even became a 100% vegetarian for almost two years. However, my health declined severely, so I had to include white meat and simple protein-based foods such as butter, eggs, cheese, and milk. I am grateful that I stopped eating red meat entirely. That is how serious I am about this. Animals are friends, not food.

Health care is what we all need. People invest heavily on medication, especially when they want to be cured an current illness or disease. They even pour it on insurance just to avoid a substantial amount of pain. And this is my realization: it's not just getting inside the salon, but wondering on how things work. Yes, some people call it a clinic, but it's less from that.

I am not an aesthetician and will never ever be, only if I am a license medical practitioner. Why is that? My mum told and warned me about how I was so proud doing aculift. It's an acupuncture in the face with loads of needles like ancient therapy thing. She told me that if you made a mistake and people get paralyzed on how unprofessional I was doing, I could be in jail. No certificate on performing it, no further knowledge. Even the guide entrusted me on practicing it without him supervising so, I didn't mind that it was so serious. I've done it once because, we're currently on training. Just once. Of course, how would you be able to learn it if you're not gonna do it, right? But here's my shallow realization. I am writing this because, finally it made up my mind that this could end truly worst. I saw one of the students that she is so proud having multiple certificates just to say that she knows what she's doing. Probably yes, but her certificate only signifies that she completed the training. The certificate indicates "NON MEDICAL". Anybody can be trained. Anyone with no pre-med background can enroll. Anyone who finishes the course can do it straight to the patient, simply because, they are already certified. But I am not confident. My mother was right. Some of these clinics doesn't have doctors present during these services and some clinics doesn't even have one. What if you're hypersensitive to something you don't know? This is an honest opinion. What if there's a complication and a reaction happened? Would you think they can medically adviced you to buy something without prescription? What if another scenario that leads to worst? Do you think they can be liable from their negligence and malpractices? Yes, but financially? Do they have insurances to cover you up? But some clinics are just plain salons or spas. Even a LEGIT LICENSED NURSES are prohibited to perform without training and further knowledge about intravenous injection. Educate yourself about the law.

When we're talking about Medicine, one of the renowned doctor in the Philippines, DR. VICKY BELO who is a dermatologist and came from prestigious university with continuous education to enhance her career. She has clinics and it is pricey. We know that she is better and higher than any aesthetician in the Philippines, simply because, She. Is. A. Doctor. Obviously, she and even probably hiring pre-med graduates who can give professional advices about medication and health if something goes wrong. Far more plausible, that her corporation is professionally capable of handling irregularities such as; they have insurances and better knowledge. She and her company are well-known and branded that they will take care of you thoroughly for which they don't want to ruin their glamorous businesses. It's just because, reactions and complications can happen sometimes. Of course, expect for higher prices. Paying a probable high cost for high-standard medical procedures is better than facing higher costs to catch them. Your choice. Doubt intensely, if someone says they're higher than her. Check her history.

You see why I am writing this? Because Why effin not?! I am a writer, a blogger and a journalist. A journal of my life's journey. Realization, awakening, education, ideas and for public awareness. If you're an aesthetician, this is your chosen career and if you feel bad about my opinion, you have every right! It can truly hinder your career. If you're mad and you're against all of it, apologies but when we're talking about science and medicine, closed-minded people are not allowed here. It's purely logical and reasonable to doubt for. You're injecting and putting inside of their body. What if something happened to them? Like paralysis. Can you even explain without asking your doctors about it? Are you even licensed to prescribe medication even if it came from your doctors? Can you help yourself when it becomes worse? They should be the one doing that. Do note that not all doctors are the same. Another reason why we have the term "specialista". Well how about you? No diploma. No pre-med background. No other medical science knowledge. If you still want to continue this career without credibilities, you can still pursue it. (Except for anything needles....syempre mag-mamagaling ka pa sa batas!). I don't want to end up your trial and error method because, a master was once a beginner. We create mistakes and it's natural, but a mistake in cosmetic surgery, mild surgery or injectable procedure, ... any needle job? No effin way. Based on my opinion, it would be credible that there's a MEDICAL TERM in your licence or certificate. By having this, a LICENSED, MEDICAL PRACTITIONER is your mentor! Save yourself from millions of pesos in hospital bills and punitive damages. You're not as rich as Belo. Remember, there are tons of medical aesthetic schools out there and get the real one. Not just a legit term in their marketing strategy. An expert term has a long time career with heavy credibility and further intelligence plus "A LONG TIME CONNECTIONS"— as for your character of reference. By the way, imagine this. You're a licensed medical practitioner and your trainer is not even one; would you like to end up in jail with them? You spend money, time and effort to win that degree even prayed to pass in PRC BOARD EXAMS, but someone lower than you might revoke your credibility. Your formal education is even more credible, than enrolling in a sub-standard training with disreputable on their part. Before you throw your money, ask their licensed number and check in PRC Website. (This effin crucial!!!)

My inside job not outside job, haha yes, because, people knew we're Field Marketers. I know some things and have never seen how their schools work. Except, seen student's training and practicing their learnings on a live person. Just to clarify, I was never a student of aesthetics, only from holistic therapy. I don't literally know all of it. I just don't like those students who are not qualified and credible to enroll for any advance cosmetic procedures such as — a million times, the injectables. Like I said, it's just an epiphany from my mother's precaution and I began to wonder about it. Well it's extremely rational! It's completely a skill based job that doesn't require a diploma, but then again, injection and chemicals for your body? Never. I'd rather find a Medical Aesthetician with license doctor present at all services. Apparently, there are clinics which still do this illegal practices even though it's safe. They are not just licensed to do it, but insisted on performing it. Think about being a student of a trainer who is not even authorized to perform under the law? Are you truly confident to inject something and you're not even pre-med licenced like medtech or a nurse? Yet, some of the clinics which do these are open doing illegal things during broad daylight. Far worst, using the term and called a Doctor without a license in their clinic, even acting in their paid presscons.

So, if you're as sensitive as me? Allergic? Skin asthmatic? Sickly? Or you don't know your triggers. Better find a dermatologist. Not just a certificate will ever touch my skin. Even acupuncturist. I am sorry. I am just not that comfortable. 

So, is an esthetician a bad thing? No, both have different specialization. Aesthetic is more on therapy and relaxation. Compared with it, one can actually do surgery and prescribe drugs while them cannot. If you like both for assurance, because a doctor will never do holistic therapy moments with you, find a Medical Aesthetic Clinic. At least a doctor you can talk and run to. So before planning anything else without thinking, that doctor must know all the things that they don't know on what you're about to do. Then again, my story and my opinion, when it involves injectables, it must be a licensed medical practitioner.

Are you a student? Make a thorough research and make sure to check the qualifications and requirements. But if you're a patient? How would you know? 😉 ... My mom was right and she is a graduate of Caregiver in St. Augustine School of Nursing. Has a science and limited medicine knowledge who warns me against illegal practitioners. Don't ever waste your money from someone on the very first start of their career — are already a fraudster. Why not?! They didn't even gone through sleepless nights and severe anxiety in Anatomy Course. Ask the med students. They know.

And for the finality, I like to include my opinion on injections for tattooing. It has mini injections and putting liquids inside the body. So, sorry to all tattoo artists who have already been managing their studio, have done successful creations and have made a living out of it. It's still about needles.

Ano bang magandang ipamana LEGACY o PROBLEMA? (A point of view article.)

Ayala Clan is one of the best example to value the legacy of generational wealth. From Spain and continued from migration in the Philippines of the year 1834, the middle of Spanish colonization by 8 generations now. I've read one of the articles about their oldest running conglomerate on how they train their future heirs of the company. At a very young age, they are taught and trained to manage their own finances. In the earliest of their schooling, Grade 2, they know how to save. They know the value of asset vs liability. Heirs don't have to be pure blooded family to run the businesses. It should be someone who UNDERSTANDS the investment. Someone who will continue the legacy and excellence in their name. Who knows the value of the future and sacrifices to obtain great trust and respect in managing and leading to provide the betterment of the society. Something they want to contribute as they have been known as a Nation Builders. They see management as not an obligation nor a hefty responsibility but rather, a great model to be followed with. They think about their future FOR EVERYONE'S BENEFIT.

But how is your family? How are your grandparents, parents or anybody ahead of you? What are they doing? What are the things they are so proud of, to share with you? Is it hard earned money? even their own true money? Or a character to become a better person? Or a problem that they started in the first place and handed it over to the next in line? Blaming you? Entrusting it to you? Are they even honest all this time? Sounds loathing, right? But whatever you are, wealthy or lack, fed by a scammer or not, raised by a criminal or what, a true wealth should start from you. 

Based on my opinion, I have seen in the Middle Class families with something little to inherit from are the people who don't have financial literacy, who don't know how to multiply or to generate wealth from investment, who squander little earnings for happiness, who don't want to educate themselves from books to seminars because, they want fast success and for worse, they know what they did, and they even have the guts to let inherit their ways to the next in line. But why?! In my point of view, if I were having children, "ANO KAYA SASABIHIN NG MGA ANAK KO OR APO KO NA GANITO ANG MAIPAPAMANA KO SA KANILA" Damn right. What are my future family would ever say things about me on how I brought them up in this broken economy? They're not stupid to tell stories about how I ever got myself like this. Oh no, we're not talking about money. What legacy can you share with them? How did you become so credible in building your own empire or the best version of you? Hating it? Remember that this is my opinion. If you ever got hurt, your insensitivity is not my responsibility. Not even my fault. It's a cruel world that we try to win in life but still, frauds and challenges keep on defaming us on how we supposed to have integrity in our journey. But listen, why won't you end the pattern of that impoverished disposition that keeps on lurking in every blood in your family tree. It's a huge embarrassment not for the other prominent family nor to your husband's name but to your blood-in-line. Me? I was afraid and ashamed to wake up mine and welcome them in my world without fortitude in my ass and I don't want them to suffer from my mistakes, my limitations, my weaknesses, my debts and even from my fears and doubts. I wasn't ready to manage my people because, "Wala pa akong napundar na empowered character." I am aware that I have lots of failures and I did blame people too. I remember when I was a child, I wasn't allowed to have an overnight camp inside Ateneo De Manila Boys Scout from our St. Mary's College Girl scouting club until I made my own way on making it happened. Oh yes I did, a last minute begging to let me join in or else, for the rest of my dear life that I will never forget missing the opportunity to gain such surviving tips, social skills and any other things I can learn from that one time experience. I was like, "Why are you even so strict that you're not even tycoons? It's inside Ateneo, and it''s safe." Right now, I ended up so bad because, their fear and doubts were injected to me that even my plans in life are not well organized. Children might not enhance their decision making skills with these matters. That's not how you train your future investments for your retirement plan. Look what happened to Sarah Geronimo, venting and breaking down on her concert. Lucky for her, she has something and earns during years confinement with her stern culture.

Hear this. "Ilan taon ka ng namumuhay sa point of view mo hindi mo naman yan ikinayaman. Baka it's time to listen." Why because, nothing will ever change if you expect it from your old habits. "Wala ka naman ginagawang bago, para magexpect ng bago sa buhay mo." What if, a scenario like this, let's say. A mother has been embezzling from her investor just to earn from a living, to sustain her fraud lifestyle or to start a business for her daughter's tuition fee? What if that daughter finds out how her mother was doing all this time just to get food on their table? What. Are. You. Gonna. Be. Looked. Like? Will they be even proud of you? Probably, for my perspective. I'll rather die in starvation than to hear your poor reasoning just because, you have dependents.

STOP GIVING CHILDREN'S HEADACHES from your unscrupulous ways that you're living from years. Fix your problems. Arrange your complications. Plan ahead. Think about insurances. Pay your debts. Learn hard and Study more. Face your responsibilities and stop asking it for someone. Avoid denseness that can lead to legal offenses. Stop pretending and lying. Be flexible. Adjust.

Legacy is not about money. It's the character that they can never steal away from you. And it's not even hard because, you don't have to save millions for them. It's even free, you just have to live by it. Think about Ayala Clan again. They stayed rich for many years because, being an heir is not owning a million dollar corporation, but a leadership skill that is willing to take responsibility for helping the society grow, providing jobs, establishing a foundation, contributing to our economy and expanding for more opportunities. It's not the money that they are after, it's the character of a true leader, a true nation builder who understands hard work pays off and who understands being generous is more of a blessing to come. They even study hard just to be in this famous Ivy league, Harvard University and INSEAD "The business School of the World." And there you are? Draining someone's, asking for more. Let someone work for your own benefit. A bad leverage. What are you? Using legalities to make illegal legal? That's not how money is made. Don't try to abuse the power of attorney if you still think you can pay more than enough. Karma is still part of the generational curse.

Take a DAMN LOOK AT YOURSELF. What are you proud of? Shut up, you're not. I don't want to end up like you. Like everybody else, in a grave soon to be forgotten and will turned out a fossil fuel. I want to be great. Great enough just like Queen Elizabeth I who did not follow her father's infamous footsteps King Henry the VIII, and that her tomb is well protected and worth to remember for. 

And the last thing you think about what you can give, have something like INTEGRITY, CREDIBILITY, and an ETHICAL CHARACTER. That's the best thing they could ever get from you, I didn't say money has no value but those priceless things don't have problems to carry on with it. Think about it, what if they have already known about it, they wouldn't even dare to say it in front of your face that, "Kung ikaw ang naging ama/ina ko, napakamalas kong anak." 

The family you create is more important than the family you come from.

Nakikitira nalamang sa ibat-ibang ibang bahay, sa kapitbahay at sa mga kaanak. Walang naitapos, walang formal na pamumuhay, at walang tahanan na matatakbuhan dahil maliliit pa ito. Ang pera na sana'y naipang kolehiyo sana na galing sa KADUGONG AMA. Ang bahay at lupa na magsisilbing tahanan ng magkakapatid na sanang huling pamana na magagamit para sa mga KADUGONG ANAK. Walang perang naiwan, dinala ni byuda kasama ng panibagong niyang lalaki dahil ayon sa BATAS, congugal na ito.

*Check the land title if may "MARRIED TO". Meaning, civil way of acknowledging the presence of legal partner ng title holder. If meron, si byuda walang karapatan padin sa LUPA ng mga KADUGONG ANAK. If wala, pwedeng di angkinin ni Byuda ang lupa ng yumaong asawa dahilan sa di naman na acquire o nabili and lupa during marriage. If before Marriage meron ng lupa, walang karapatan ang byuda.

This is another case from an old law when a fixed marriage happened. A father gave a land title to his DAUGHTER as a gift since, it's arranged there's no love and true commitment for the both couple. The ex-husband sold the land title without the woman's consent.

See that law, KASUHAN MO YUNG ASAWA NG TATAY MO sa pagangkin ng lahat ng mana at siya lamang ang nakinabang. Soulfully, di naman siya kadugo. Kumita lamang siya dahil napakasalan. 

HEIRS

Whether you're a nobody or just a boring housewife. It is a must that you have a PRE-NUPTIAL AGREEMENT. This is a MUST security in a wealthy family. Can you imagine that you have years of hard work and even have a great legacy from generational wealth and your manipulative partner keeps on draining you? She or he might destroy the family's legacy that over the years has been following.

Another great thought to be prioritized is that even your FULL BLOODED OFFSPRING doesn't have the right to be an heir. Legacy is more valuable than your own kids. Obviously, they won't leave them anything like nothing at all. So, if you're someone to be proud of, start looking for the right people who will inherit. Someone who has the right to manage your HARD EARNED ASSETS.

MISTRESS BUSINESS PARTNER. 

A husband owns a business let's say it is his idea and he is a founding partner. A founding partner has more rights in the success of the business because, if it wasn't for him, her mistress shares or business will never run or operate alone. Let's say that the mistress has no skills, poor knowledge, and bad discipline in managing a cash flow. Only the Illegal one is dependent on the founding partner. Would that be the case of all assets that were from the MISTRESS is owned by the LEGAL WIFE? Of course!!! A law says, that everything from a HUSBAND that was given to the illegal partner is owned by a LEGAL WIFE no matter how the MISTRESS works as a right hand. How about the case of shareholders? Of course it's another case and another story. But if it's that the case, a legal partner is already winning than an illegal partnership. No matter what, there's no business or professionalism happening on them, right?! Talk to your lawyer. 

In TAGALOG: Si KABIT ay ang nagmamando ng negosyo ni asawa. Si asawa mataas ang pangarap at nakagawa ng negosyong sarili o ideya na pwedeng potential sa growth at success. As for women's unfair circumstances. In the situation of a hard labor. A doctor will ask for a lifetime decision in choosing who is to live. Saving a mother by removing the child in the wrong position or saving the child by cutting the mother? What if you're the woman and you still want to live? It's reasonable and practical to always choose the mother who already invested years of living. What if ... And only if, there's a suspicious history or something? What if it's a woman's properties from family or hard work? Is it right to give him everything or send it back from your first family who has every right to own it especially, the once you got from your inheritance? Some cases of concubinage happen during the 1st pregnancy. The unknown dark sides of the spouses is slowly bestowing once lived under the roof. How does her body change? The tantrums and depression of a mother and the financial matters when starting a family. Nowadays how fast our matters are and everyone usually gives up too soon. Have you thought of how unfair this law is during labor?

He became a "milking cow" for her lifestyle. Another time and money spent for the long and legal matters only if a man has enough evidence? This case applies to both genders. It's just so common for a man to suffer like this knowing that a usual case of a woman is to stay-at-home for her health and childcare. Think about it in the shoes of a man.
