During my vacation this summer, my family went back to our province and decided to visit new places around Albay. We have only visited two new places.

Kawa-kawa Hill open field

Kawa-kawa Hill and Natural Park is said to be a new place for everything.

The first road all the way up to the hill.

This entire hill is designed for station of the cross. Each stop has an altars, food store and rest place.

First stop over.

If you have reached this rest area, this is the first way through the entire hill. You have to turn right and finished the journey. Just like praying the rosary for Catholics. You have to start on the right side and end back here before going down to the open field.

Towards the field.

There are a lot of shortcuts or pathway towards the field. But if you are new here, please try to avoid it. You are missing the beautiful area and view that you have supposed to witness.

We are now on the middle of our journey. As you can see on the middle, that was the first stop.

The terrace of the house.

I believed this house is for rent in any occasion to be held with. You can perfectly see the entire view of the city and the Mountains on the balcony.

And yes! Finally, I called it, the Grand staircase. This staircase is also located at the first stop. As I've said, you have to go around before going down here.

(It doesn't mean that there is no sign, you are allowed to go beyond the fence. ⛔ smh.)

Yup, this is the field. It is huge and BEAUTIFUL. I have to post it few for you to witness the real beauty of this place.

Quitinday Hill highest peak.

This is the hardest destination. You need a tough car for this one. We went to a lot of narrow and rocky roads and we even had to ask a dozen times for this place. Don't worry, people near here knew this place.

Entrance all the way up the Hill.

This is the registration booth too. You have to pay 20php per head. Wear a comfortable shoes for this one.

Don't worry, it only takes 10 minutes to get up there.

It is not that simple to go up there. Believe me, foolish people may die here.

 And I like it that there is no fence around. It makes more thrilling and adventurous.

Yup, no fence, but fence on the previous photo is served as your handrail.

And there you have it. It is just a few hours to spend here but it was worth it. It is another beautiful place to contemplate the wonders of fresh and healthy environment. Yup, you will have to appreciate everything you will about to see. It feels like, it is so green that no one could have ever lived here.

Albay Park and Wildlife

We have visited this park for several times. This is park is extremely simple but definitely, a perfect place to spend with anyone for budgetless and for relaxation. It's only 20php for adults and 10php for children. There's a lot of things to be done here and believe me, you're not going to regret it, only if you're not looking for much.

A very few animals to display for the public. This place was destroyed by a strong typhoon and a lot of animals had been perished. But it's okay, I told you this park is simple. There's a lot of animals to be seen aside from that 4 photos I posted, like a typical Ostrich, different kinds of birds, snakes, monkeys and others.

Boat Ride

There are many things to expand the fun in this park like Boat ride, Biking and Horseback Riding. So, we chose the Boat ride because, it is new to us. The Boat ride is for only 20php per head in half an hour. I think it was the first time for us to rowed a boat.

That castle behind us is a place for food and dining.

Automated Dinosaur

By the way, on the first photo of this 3rd destination, you saw the statue dinosaurs. Yes, it is a dinosaurs. It is so unique that they have to add it up in wildlife, moving and roaring. For you to believe it, Check out the video below.

These photos was taken 4 years ago. We did not pay a visit once more due to lack of time. So, these are the chosen photos that I will show you for you to have an idea of how majestic this place is.

 We paid 200php for our tour guide.

Careful for this one. There are a lot of pools filled with mountain water coming from the top. It is slippery.

Outside of the 1st Cave

This path leads to another Cave opening to much larger space inside.

Crystal stone

 If you happen to see one of these stone with crystals, you may touch it and not allowed to get it. You will be sued for stealing it.

Historical dance floor

 This circular cement was said to be the Japanese dance floor. They made it to entertain themselves while hiding during World War 2.

Yup, just a quick look up right there. As I told you, I'd rather post it few just to give an idea of places you might want to explore. 

Genuine Crystals

This is crystal necklace that I got as our souvenir. I'm not sure if theses crystals was from that Cave but possibly, these were not. It cost 50php each but, if you want to have it cheaper, don't buy it near the cave. There are a lot of sellers from the parking lot that are selling these for only 20php, other cheap crystal accessories and even a

HUGE CHUNK of CRYSTALS!!! 

Mine are genuine. If you wish to buy it, research on how to identify real crystals. There are few genuine you will notice from their store. SWEAR!
