Simple Pundaquit Beach Escapade

🌄

So, what is like to go to a simple beach in the Philippines?

I will be sharing to you guys how simple Filipinos take their summer vacation.

On this travel, I supposedly starting my vlog on YouTube. Unfortunately, unexpected things happened to me. My camera and SD card is not working well, bad audio from my videos and I cannot express my thoughts on the camera. But as a first timer, at least I've noticed what I had to do. Gladly, I can still blog it here.

Nissan Urvan

So before getting there, we rented a van that cost ₱9,500.00 for an overnight.
We took only 4-5 hours of travelling from Quezon City.

This is our hotel that we stayed in and it was really beautiful and convenient.
This hotel has 3 levels and from the very top, they have karaoke ₱5.00 per song, if you would like to sing. They also have parking space good for 6 vans and a parking space nearby for ₱200.00 per overnight.

Second floor of Sir William's Lodge

This where we have to stay for the rest of our summer fun. As you can see, they have a lot of tables for dining and drinking sessions. On the right side, there are 2 stoves that you can use for your cooking with a fee. For this floor, we have a great access to one of their simple amenities, the Pinoy pool.

Yup, this pool requires a cards and they have it too.

Air conditioned room with private bathroom.

This is a 10 foam bedroom that can accommodate more than 20 guest inside and it cost ₱10,000.00. I know it does sounds expensive, but, 20 people will be using electricity, water and other facilities that will be reasonable to the price. There are 3 other beds on the right side which you cannot see.

And now, let's go swimming. 🌊 🏊

The bar

Along the path way, a few walk just to get to the shore, we saw a small bar. There are foreigners who were drinking here. ... I was even planning to film here. Well anyways, there's always a next time. Don't give up trying, they say.

Cottages

Our hotel has a connection with the owner of this cottages. So, that you can avail it as a package together with your hotel expenses. Though, it is really far just to go back to your hotel room, they have cottages nearby that you can rent for a day.

This beach is not literally black, it's a gray. I like how the sand made here, it so relaxing when you take a walk and it doesn't have any small pebbles around that can bother your foot sensation.

 My Relatives

You'll never gonna regret swimming in here. The water is so clear, you can see the fishes swimming around your legs, but, the only thing I don't really like is the water gets itchy and it's very salty.

There are many activities that you can avail with, such as Whale Shark watching & Island hopping.  There are plenty of boats that they can take you there. For Whale shark watching you have to stay on boat for ₱150.00 per head and for Island Hopping ₱300.00 per head.

On our Second day, it's a mother's day. We did a little bit special before going home.

Goldilocks Cake

We celebrated Mother's Day with a Boodle fight.

Boodle Fight

Well, we did not literally fought for anything. No games and no winners. It was a little bit style on our final meal for the celebration.

Our Boodle meal consist of ...

Smoked Barbecue
Grilled eggplant
Rellenong Bangus
Lumpiang Shanghai
Salted Egg
Hotdog
Fried Rice
And some fruits & veggies.

And that how was it. It was very simple but still considered a pricey summer vacation.
We checked out in our room by 2 pm, a normal time in-out on a hotel and headed back to Metro Manila.

Hoping my next travel would be Vlog. Of course, this blog will be continuously posted by simple stories just like what I usually posted on post not on pages.
